That same year, his talent was recognized worldwide, with the title of World Best Cheesemonger at the International Caseus Award.
For several years, he has learned to grasp international opportunities. Recognized in France, he did not hesitate to cross the oceans to pass on his expertise, from United States to Japan, and South America. His gourmet cheeses tickle the taste buds of worldwide food lovers. Moreover, in 2013, to support its development in North America, he created in the United States "Rodolphe Le Meunier USA".
His sense of organization, his managerial skills, his rigor and passion also led him to participate in the creation of the show "International Cheese Tours Loire Valley" and to organize the competition of the World Contest of the Best Chessemonger won by a Japanese lady in 2013. He is also behind the creation of the university "Cheese and Heritage" degree.
